Big C “20th Anniversary Offer” Terms and Conditions.
This Scheme is valid from 3rd December 2022 to 29th January 2023.Customers (Here in after Called as the “Customer”) accept the Big C “20th Anniversary Offer” Cards/Coupons on the following Terms and Conditions.
- Each Customer will be issued with a Big C “20th Anniversary Offer” cards/coupons on every purchase of a Smart Phone/Smart TV/Laptop only.
- Big C “20th Anniversary Offer” is a lucky draw and will be comprised of 100 Gifts. Maruti Alto Cars 20 nos, Bajaj Platina Bikes 20 nos, Refrigerators (165 ltrs) 20 nos, Smart TVs (32”) 20 nos, Air Conditioners (1.5 ton) 20 nos. Three Draws Will be taken during the scheme period. FIRST DRAW will be taken on purchases made between 03-12-2022 to 18-12-2022 in any Big C Store of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana or Big C Central Office, Hyderabad. During this period 30 Winners will be announced i.e. Maruti Alto Cars 6 nos, Bajaj Platina Bikes 6 nos, Refrigerators 6 nos, Smart TVs (32”) 6 nos, Air Conditioners (1.5 ton) 6 nos.
SECOND DRAW will be taken on purchases made between 19-12-2022 to 05-01-2023 in any Big C Store of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana or Big C Central Office, Hyderabad. During this period 35 Winners will be announced i.e. Maruti Alto Cars 7 nos, Bajaj Platina Bikes 7 nos, Refrigerators 7 nos, Smart TVs (32”) 7 nos, Air Conditioners (1.5 ton) 7 nos.
THIRD DRAW and last draw of Big C 20th Anniversary Offer will be taken on purchases made between 06-01-2023 to 29-01-2023 in any Big C Store of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana or Big C Central Office, Hyderabad. During this period 35 Winners will be announced i.e. Maruti Alto Cars 7 nos, Bajaj Platina Bikes 7 nos, Refrigerators 7 nos, Smart TVs (32”) 7 nos, Air Conditioners (1.5 ton) 7 nos. - Big C holds no warranty and shall make no representation regarding the quality and quantity of the prizes.
- The Visuals, Pictures shown in the cards /coupons or any other promotional material are only indicate and may not be the actual prizes and can also be different make, different size, different manufacturer etc.
- Lucky Draws will be held in any one of the branches of “Big C” anywhere in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana or Big C Central Office, Hyderabad Lucky winners will be informed of his /her winning prizes within 3 working days.
- Claims for prizes won in this scheme, shall be entertained only within a period of one week from the date of informing the customer about winning of the prize. Any failure on the part of the customer to collect the prize or comply with directions issued by Big C for the claim of the prize, Big C shall entitle for the forfeit of the Prize(s). If the particular winning gifts is not available at the time of distribution alternate gifts or similar value gifts will be provided.
- Coupons having incomplete information about address, contact number and Invoice Number etc., will not be entitled for Draws.
- The prizes shall be delivered to the customer only after producing the Card/Coupon in original and necessary identity proofs and address proofs to the satisfaction of “Big C”.
- All prizes are subject to availability. Big C is not responsible for any variation in sizes or damages caused to the prizes or acts, omissions made by the concerned companies.
- The customer shall not make any demands in respect of make variation in sizes or otherwise the physical features in respect of any prize won by him/her.
- The Customer shall bear all statutory obligations such as Gift Tax, Value added Tax, Service Tax, RTO Tax, Insurance, Essential accessories and other related charges like Transportation charges etc.
- The distribution of prizes will be subject to the payment of TDS or deduction of Income Tax as per the rules of Income Tax act -1961.
- Big C employees and their relatives shall not be eligible for this scheme.
- Big C reserves its right to change/ modify/ extend/ withdraw this scheme if and when decides to do so without any prior notice to the customers and this scheme is exclusive of any other promotional /scheme being run by Big C.
- All prizes are non-en cashable, non-negotiable and non-transferable.
- All Disputes if any related to this claim or scheme, will subject to the Courts at Hyderabad Only.
