These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and physical stores across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through Big C (online or offline), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are of legal age to form a binding contract under the laws of India, or
You are barred from receiving the Services under applicable Indian laws.

Your continued use of our website or store services implies your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify Big C immediately.
Big C is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Website and Store Content

All content on the Big C website—including images, text, product descriptions, logos, and software—is protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.
You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without written consent from Big C.
All software provided through our website is governed by respective license agreements.

4. Advertising and Promotions

Big C may display advertisements, offers, and promotions online or in stores.
Promotions may change at any time without notice.
Certain offers may apply only to online purchases or only to in-store purchases.
Promotional offers listed on the website may not apply in Tamil Nadu unless specified.

“Big C” and associated logos are trademarks of Big C. Other product and company names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Customer Submissions and Reviews

By submitting any content (reviews, feedback, images, etc.) to Big C, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with our business.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any law or third-party rights.

7. Payments and Billing

You must select an approved payment method to complete your purchase.
By making a payment, you authorize Big C or its billing partners to charge your selected payment method.
EMI options are governed by the respective bank’s terms and RBI regulations. Interest rates may vary as per bank policies.
All purchases made online are final and non-refundable, except as provided under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Prices and offers online may differ from in-store offers.
You must notify us within 5 working days of any billing discrepancies; otherwise, charges will be considered final.

8. Proof of Identification

Big C reserves the right to request valid proof of identification at the time of delivery or in-store pickup.
Failure to provide such proof may result in order cancellation or denial of service.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Big C currently delivers in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and select regions of Tamil Nadu.
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after successful payment.
Deliveries may occur only on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
90-Minute Delivery Service: Available between 10 AM and 7 PM on eligible products and locations, subject to stock availability.

10. Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise.

11. Warranty

Products sold by Big C are covered under manufacturer warranty only.
Big C is not liable for product defects or performance issues. Customers must contact the authorized service centers of the manufacturer for repairs or replacements.
Goods once sold are not eligible for return or exchange, except as per our Cancellation and Exchange Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Big C shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services
Delays or disruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control
Any unauthorized use of your account or password
Product defects or deficiencies under the manufacturer’s responsibility.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using our services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Communication & Promotional Messages

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive transactional, informational, and promotional messages (SMS, email, or WhatsApp) from Big C.
You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the messages.

15. Policy Updates

Big C reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
