All orders placed through our website are processed subject to stock availability.
While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, certain products may occasionally be unavailable.
In such cases, Big C Mobiles will:
Ship the available items immediately, and
Notify you regarding the unavailable product, offering either a refund or similar product or dispatch once restocked.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
a) Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed during holidays or peak sale events may experience slight delays, which will be communicated via SMS or email or over the call.
b) Delivery Duration
Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days within serviceable areas of AP, TG & TN.
Express / Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities and pin codes. Delivery within 90 minutes or same day for eligible orders.
In-Store Pickup: Customers can also opt to pick up their orders from the nearest Big C store.
c) Delivery Partners
All deliveries are handled directly by Big C’s own logistics and store teams — not through third-party courier services. This ensures:
Safe, secure, and prompt delivery of every order.
Personalized service from trained Big C staff.
Real-time coordination with your nearest Big C store for faster dispatch.
Each order is tracked internally through our store network, and customers are informed via SMS or call once the delivery is scheduled or completed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Final shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
For promotional offers or specific order values, shipping may be free.
4. Delivery Updates & Communication
Once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, our Big C store team will contact you directly through call or SMS to schedule and confirm the delivery time.
This personalized communication ensures that your order reaches you safely and conveniently — without relying on external courier tracking systems.
5. Open Box Delivery & Activation
As part of Big C Mobiles’ standard delivery process, certain products are delivered under an Open Box Delivery with Activation policy.
At the time of delivery, the product may be unboxed, powered on, and activated in the customer’s presence to verify authenticity and functionality.
For delivery verification, valid address proof may be collected.
Once a product is activated under open box delivery, cancellation or return may not be applicable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or transit damage.
6. Change of Delivery Address
Address modifications can be made before dispatch by contacting our Customer Care Team at 1800 1234578.
Once the order is dispatched, no address change can be made.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you notice that your parcel is damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please:
Refuse to accept the package, OR
Report the issue to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
Big C Mobiles will inspect the case and may offer replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
8. Product Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Big C Mobiles allows exchange of products under the following conditions:
a) Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Exchange is available only for equal or higher-value products (price difference to be borne by customer).
b) Non-Exchangeable Items
Products that have been activated, used, installed, or registered for warranty.
Items purchased during sale or promotional events unless defective.
c) Store Exchange Option
Customers who purchased online can also visit their nearest Big C store (with invoice and ID proof) to process eligible exchanges.
9. Warranty & Service Claims
Warranty for all products is provided as per manufacturer terms and conditions.
Customers can claim warranty at any Big C store, or through the brand’s authorized service center.
Big C will assist in guiding customers through warranty claim procedures.
10. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please contact Customer Care.
Once the product is delivered and accepted, Big C Mobiles’ liability ceases.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors like festival season, weather, or regional restrictions.
Big C will make all reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.
11. Cancellations Post-Dispatch
