Since the product normally gets verified and delivered by the Big C Mobiles quality and logistic team 99.99% of the product will be in condition and genuine.

If there is a manufacturing defect, you have to visit authorized customer support centres, as it is under a manufacturing warranty for one year.
If there is physical damage while delivering the product, the product will be replaced by Big C Mobiles within 24 Hrs. of the delivery by prior intimation to our customer care department with pictures and proper evidence.
