Purchase Window: The plan must be purchased on the same day as the device purchase.
Coverage Period: 1. 1-year plan: Provides 1-year of damage protection from the date of purchase. It also includes Mobile Exchange and Free pick-up & drop for any brand warranty-related issues. 2. 2-year plan: Offers an extended warranty for the 2nd year, 2 years of damage protection from the date of purchase, Mobile Exchange, and Free pick-up & drop for any brand warranty - related issues.
Maximum Cumulative Liability: The maximum coverage amount is the purchase price of the device.
Number of Claims: 1. Unlimited claims for manufacturing defects and damage, subject to the Maximum Cumulative Liability. 2. 1 instance of replacement or exchange is covered in the plan.
Plan Expiry: The plan expires if the total repair expense exceeds the Maximum Cumulative Liability or if the device is replaced/exchanged.
Claim Process: There is a no-questions-asked policy for claims, and the process is paperless.
Service Fee: Before raising any repair or exchange request, the customer must pay a service fee. The service fee is either 5% of the device purchase price or ₹599, whichever is higher.
Exchange: The exchange is an option if the device is unrepairable or the cost of repair exceeds 75% of the device price. The IMEI/Serial number of the device submitted for repair or exchange must match with the IMEI/Serial Number of the device on which the plan was bought.
Depreciation and Customer Exchange Value:
AGE OF THE DEVICE AT THE TIME OF FILING SERVICE REQUEST
