Vivo Y15c is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM. The Vivo Y15c runs Android 12 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y15c on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel (f/2.2) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Vivo Y15c runs Funtouch OS 12 is based on Android 12 and packs 32GB, 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB) with a dedicated slot. It was launched in Mystic Blue and Wave Green colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo Y15c include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB OTG, Micro-USB, FM radio, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Vivo Y15c supports face unlock.
