Cancellation Policy
Big C believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the cancellation process. Here are the terms and conditions for such cases-If you want to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing an order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the “Same day Delivery” and within 90 minutes express delivery within radius of 10 K.M Category. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectation, you must bring it to the notice of Big C Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Big C Customer Service Team will take an appropriate action after looking into your complaint.
Big C has all rights to cancel the order at any point of time.
If you want to cancel the order after placed the order, you need to speak to customer care and make a request to cancel the order. After the order has been canceled, the money will be refunded to debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment).In this case BigC Mobiles is charged a cancellation fee in addition to related taxes based on transaction/bank.
In case of HDFC & SBI bank, they follow a pre-cashback model for Brand EMI, where the benefit of the interest subvention is given to the customer during the transaction. Hence in case of refunds for these two banks, the interest subvention still needs to be passed on to the banks, as per Bank’s policy. In case of a refunded transaction, the amount will need to be borne by the respective LFRs.
