Big C “Win One Crore Cash” Offer 2020 & 2021
1) Customers (Here in after called as the “Customer”) accept the Big C “Win One Crore Cash Offer 2020 & 2021 scheme” Cards/Coupons on the following Terms and Conditions.
2) Each customer will be issued with a Big C “Win One Crore Cash Offer 2020 & 2021 scheme” cards/coupons on every purchase of a Smart phone and TVs at any of the Big C Stores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
3) Big C “Win One Crore Cash Offer 2020 & 2021 scheme” will be comprising of One Crore Cash, Scheme duration is 100 days in which 100 Lucky winners of One Lakh each will be announced. There will be 6 Lucky Draws in this scheme period which starts from 10-10-2020 to 17-01-2021.
First Lucky Draw will be held for the period of 10-10-2020 to 18-10-2020 (9 days, 9 winners of One lakh each will be announced)
Second Lucky Draw will be held for the period of 19-10-2020 to 06-11-2020 (19 days, 19 winners of One Lakh each will be announced)
Third Lucky Draw will be held for the period of 07-11-2020 to 30-11-2020 (24 days, 24 winners of One Lakh each will be announced)
Fourth Lucky Draw will be held for the period of 01-12-2020 to 18-12-2020 (18 days, 18 winners of One Lakh each will be announced)
Fifth Lucky Draw will be held for the period of 19-12-2020 to 03-01-2021 (16 days, 16 winners of One Lakh each will be announced)
Sixth Lucky Draw will be held for the period of 04-01-2021 to 17-01-2021 (14 days, 14 winners of One Lakh each will be announced)
Total 100 days in which 100 winners of one lakh each to be announced through 6 lucky draws during the scheme period. Big C management reserves its rights to take 6 lucky draws at any time during the scheme period and also reserves its right to change, modify, alter or withdraw the entire scheme or any part, thereof and the company is not liable to pay any compensation in any manner.
4) Every participating customer will be eligible for Lucky Draw. Lucky Draws will be held at any one of the branches of Big C, anywhere in A.P / TS or Big C Central Office, Hyderabad and the lucky winners will be informed of his/her winning prizes within 3 working days through the details furnished by the customer on the coupon.
5) Claims for prizes won in this scheme, Shall be entertained only within a period of one week from the date of intimation to the customer about winning the prize. Any failure on the part of the customer to collect the prize or comply with directions issued by Big C for claim of the prize, Big C shall entitle for forfeit of the Prize(S).
6) All details and particulars submitted in the lucky draw coupons must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible lucky draw coupons will be disqualified.
7) The Prizes shall be delivered to the customer only after producing the Big C “Win One Crore Cash Offer 2020 & 2021 scheme” card/ Coupon in original and necessary personal identity proofs and address proofs to the satisfaction of “Big C”. The prizes are not transferable.
8) The Customer shall bear all statutory obligations such as TDS as per the Govt. guidelines.
9) The distribution of prizes will be subject to the payment of TDS or deduction of income Tax as per the rules of income Tax act-1961.
10) Big C employees and their relatives are not eligible for this scheme.
11) Big C shall not be responsible if the coupon is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and or any sort of request will not be entertained.
12) Dispute if any related to this claim or scheme, will be subject to the courts at Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
Note:This Scheme is valid from 10th October 2020 to 17th January 2021.
