Welcome to Big C Mobiles. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our 90 Minutes Delivery Service. By opting for this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions 90 minutes delivery guarantee not applicable on New Year Eve, Ganesh festival, Christmas and Durga Pooja. The service may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery.
Terms and Conditions for 90 minutes delivery:
To get your order within the 90 minutes delivery time, you need to select the respective delivery option during checkout.
Big C will not be responsible to provide 90 minutes delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address.
On Saturdays, and regional or national holidays, deliveries are not guaranteed to establishments like offices that might be closed.
1. Service Availability
1.1. The 90 Minutes Delivery service is available for selected products and within specific geographical areas as determined by Big C Mobiles.
1.2. Service availability is subject to the stock status, delivery location, and order time.
1.3. Orders placed outside of serviceable hours or locations will not qualify for the 90 Minutes Delivery.
2. Order Placement
2.1. Orders must be placed and confirmed between 10:00am and 07:00pm to be eligible for 90 Minutes Delivery.
2.2. The cut-off time for placing an order for same-day delivery is 08:00pm.
2.3. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Timing
3.1. The delivery time starts from the moment the order is confirmed by Big C Mobiles.
3.2. We aim to deliver within 90 minutes; however, delivery times subject to road traffic and estimates not guaranteed.
3.3. Factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and operational issues may affect delivery times.
4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
4.1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified if they are already being processed for 90 Minutes Delivery.
4.2. Orders once unboxed not eligible for return.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. The customer must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
5.2. The customer or an authorized representative must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
5.3. If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact the customer. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse/store.
6. Limitations & Liabilities
6.1. Big C Mobiles shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the 90 minutes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, traffic disruptions, and regulatory actions.
6.2. In the event of an unavoidable delay, we will inform the customer promptly and provide an estimated new delivery date and time.
6.3. Big C Mobiles shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the 90 Minutes Delivery service.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
7.1. Big C Mobiles reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
